Building Leaders Inspired through Service is an initiative by Rotaract Club of Naga that aims at developing leadership skills and qualities of aspiring Rotaractor through a focus on service-oriented activities.

This program aims to instill a sense of responsibility, empathy, and social consciousness in aspiring Rotaractors, emphasizing that effective leadership goes hand in hand with a commitment to serving others and contributing to the well-being of the community.
