SCIMS is a Web and Mobile-Based Information Management System that centralizes all OSCA and BASCA records, enables offline barangay registration, ensures real-time synchronization, and sends automated SMS notifications for updates and benefits. With secure role-based access, document requests, appointments, and reporting tools, SCIMS improves accuracy, speeds up processing, and makes services more accessible for senior citizens.
