Derek shares his journey of hardships, homelessness, and perseverance to survive in the fashion industry. He speaks openly about his experience as a young child doing homework and getting straight A's while living homeless and having no water. Dreaming of his future life and ambitions kept him alive and pushing forward. At 15, he left his biological and hasn't looked back. After attending the Fashion Institute of Technology, in New York, he started working with various agencies developing brands and artistic direction. He has been seen on ET, EXTRA, OK!. He is a massive advocate of community service and volunteering. In 2017, Warburton was honoured with the Style Ambassadorship to the city of Los Angeles by the California State Assembly for his work with the homeless.
